Yes.
When will the cancellation fee be charged?
Please check the cancellation fee policy clearly stated on the reservation website.
In the event that weather conditions, such as a typhoon, make it impossible for you to visit Yakushima on the day of the tour, the following rules will apply.
In the event that all transportation (airplanes, ferries, and high-speed boats) to Yakushima are cancelled
→A full refund will be provided.
In the event that some transportation to Yakushima is cancelled
（If only airplanes, ferries or high-speed boats are in operation and you have the means to cross to Yakushima）
→In case of cancellation at the discretion of the customer, 50% of the amount paid will be refunded.
If weather conditions are expected to deteriorate in advance, please consider alternative transportation options as soon as possible.

Yes. A dryer and bathroom dryer are also provided.
Is there a place to smoke on the premises?
There is an ashtray in the garden, so please smoke outside.
Do you sell alcohol or food?
No. Please use a nearby store.
Do you have seasonings available?
No. We don't have them for sanitation purposes.
Is there cell phone reception?
We have free Wifi so you can connect via Wifi.

Yes.
How do I search for a car navigation system?
Search for "Nagata 2879" or "Oyama Shrine" in the address. We are located next to Oyama Shrine.

Is there a convenience store or supermarket nearby?
Maruhachi Shoten is available. They close at 20:00.
Is there a hospital nearby?
There is a clinic nearby. A large hospital is Tokushukai Hospital in the Miyanoura area.
Where is the nearest tourist attraction?
The entire Nagata area is a rustic tourist destination, but some of the places mentioned in the guidebooks are Yokogawa Canyon, Inaka Beach, and Seibu Rindo Forest Path.

If you wish to use our car, please indicate so when you make your reservation for accommodation.
Is there a limit to the number of hours or days I can borrow?
You may use it duration of your stay. Please return to the parking lot with a full tank of gas.
※There is no gas station nearby. The nearest one is located about 10km away and please note that they close at 17:00.
Do I need to book a bicycle?
No. We also have helmets.
Injuries, accidents etc caused by bicycles are to be paid at your own expense.
